As struggling Detroit based US automaker Ford decided to sells its Landrover and Jaguar division to get some cash, India TATA Motors is planning to pitch for this acquistion deal. SUV Landrover and high end Jaguar gives good edge for TATA Motors in very competitive US auto market and will be perfect entry for TATA motors.
There was a news a week back that Infosys is planning to acquire Paris based, IT Consulting giant Cap Gemini. Good to hear these speculations as Indian companies looking for inorganic growth and acquisitions mode to get into global stage.
