As we all know, Chennai city took pride when it appointed Letika Saran as first woman Commissioner of Police for a metro. With the appointment of 3 more women DCP's , Chennai has 5 DCP's which is never before in any city in India.
To be - Women President, Women Kingmaker ........... Is it time for fairer sex in India ???????
