Stray dogs killed by Mayagaal, Chennai

Administration of multiplex Mayagaal, Chennai, killed many stray street dogs. With lot of complaints coming from patrons of multiplex regarding dogs around that area, with help of "Nari kovar", killed so many dogs in that area. Hearing the news, many animal groups held demonstration against the multiplex and gave complaint to Commissioner of Police Letika Saran. Who gave the right to the multiplex to kill the dogs ??????
